In the area of facility and functional planning, CT +Associates has developed an impressive clientele, including: The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Medical University of South Carolina, BJC-Barnes Jewish Hospital, Geisinger Health and NYU-Langone Medical Center, among others.

We have provided logistical and operational planning for new greenfield hospitals, and for replacement facilities including; Palo Alto Medical Foundation, California; Mohawk Valley Health System, New York; VA Medical Center New Orleans; William Beaumont US Army Hospital, Ft. Bliss, Texas; Children’s Hospital of Ireland/National Pediatric Hospital, Dublin; LSU Medical Center, New Orleans; and Princeton Medical Center, New Jersey.

Massachusetts General Hospital engaged us for system-wide logistics planning the $1Billion Lunder Building which included a new 24,000sf SPD. For the recently completed Kimmel Pavilion at New York University-Langone Medical Center, we planned new loading docks, a new SPD and advanced point-of-care replenishment systems. We have participated in major redevelopment projects at Harborview Medical Center, Swedish Orthopedic Hospital, Overlake Hospital Medical Center, and Harrison Medical Center, all in Washington State. On the West Coast, we’ve assisted Kaiser Permanente, Riley Children’s’ Hospital, San Diego, Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and St. Joseph’s Hospital of Orange.

We’ve also completed projects at: Boston Children’s Hospital; Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston, SUNY Upstate Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Health Center, Syracuse, and Kaleida Health-Buffalo Women’s & Children’s Hospital, New York.

Current assignments include a new hospital for Mackenzie Health Services, Ontario, Canada, Coney Island Hospital CSS Replacement Building, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and Mohawk Valley Health System Consolidated Hospital Replacement and Nationwide Children’s Behavioral Health Pavilion.
